Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan judul Gambaran Tentang Penyimpanan Obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSU Yarsi Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penyimpanan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSU Yarsi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif sederhana. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah meliputi kegiatan penyimpanan obat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di instalasi farmasi RSU Yarsi dari observasi yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan pada peraturan penyimpanan obat di instalasi farmasi RSU Yarsi hasil skor penilaian sebesar 87,5%. Kemudian berdasarkan penyusunan stok obat hasil skor penilaian sebesar 100%. Dan berdasarkan pengaturan tata ruang penyimpanan obat diperoleh hasil penilaian sebesar 100%. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil penilaian masing-masing memasuki kategori sangat baik.

Abstract (English)

Research has been conducted with the title Overview of Drug Storage in the Pharmaceutical Installation of Yarsi Hospital Pontianak. This study aims to determine the description of drug storage at the Yarsi Hospital Pharmacy Installation. This research is simple descriptive. The population of this study includes drug storage activities. Based on the results of research that has been conducted at the Yarsi Hospital pharmaceutical installation from observations that have been made based on drug storage regulations at the Yarsi Hospital pharmaceutical installation, the assessment score is 87.5%. Then based on the preparation of drug stocks the assessment score is 100%. And based on the spatial arrangement of drug storage, the assessment result is 100%. This study can be concluded that overall the results of each assessment enter the excellent category.
