HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP TERHADAP KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 DI PUSKESMAS SIANTAN HULU

Abstract

Indonesia berada di peringkat ke 7 dengan jumlah penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2. Kepatuhan pasien untuk meminum obat berperan sangat penting pada keberhasilan pengobatannya. Keluarga memiliki peran penting mempengaruhi kepatuhan penderita diabetes melitus. Tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga pasien Diabaetes Melitus Tipe 2 terhadap kepatuhan minum obat Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 di Puskesmas Siantan Hulu. Metode penelitian cross sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara offline di Puskesmas Siantan Hulu. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Quota sampling dengan jumlah 30 orang pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2. Hasil penelitian ini nilai signifikansi antara pengetahuan dan kepatuhan sebesar 0.021 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung dengan t tabel sebesar 2.448 > 2.052. Nilai signifikansi antara sikap dan kepatuhan sebesar 0.040 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung dengan t tabel sebesar 2.162 > 2.052. Dan signifikansi antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan perbandingan antara nilai F hitung dengan F tabel sebesar 13.673 > 3.34. Kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap kepatuhan minum obat, terdapat hubungan antara sikap terhadap kepatuhan minum obat 2 serta terdapat hubungan secara bersama-sama antara pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2.

Abstract (English)

Indonesia is ranked 7th in the number of people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Patient compliance to take medication plays a vital role in treatment success. The family has an important role in influencing people's compliance with diabetes mellitus. The objective was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and family attitudes of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients towards adherence to taking Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus medication at the Siantan Hulu Health Center. Cross-sectional research method. Data collection uses a questionnaire that is distributed offline at the Siantan Hulu Health Center. The sampling technique is Quota sampling with a total of 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The results of this study showed that the significance value between knowledge and compliance was 0.021 < 0.05 and the t value calculated by t table was 2,448 > 2,052. The significance value between attitude and obedience was 0.040 < 0.05 and the t-value calculated by t-table was 2.162 > 2.052. The significance between knowledge and attitude towards compliance was 0.000 < 0.05 and the comparison between the F value of the calculation and the F table was 13.673 > 3.34. In conclusion, there is a relationship between knowledge and medication adherence, there is a relationship between attitudes towards medication adherence 2 and there is a joint relationship between knowledge and family attitudes towards medication adherence in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
