Abstract

Kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi masih tergolong rendah. Berdasarkan penelitian di Puskesmas Kintamani 70% pasien memiliki tingkat kepatuhan rendah. Kepatuhan penggunaan obat antihipertensi oral merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan terapi hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan obat antihipertensi oral pada pasien penderita hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Yarsi Pontianak. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu pasien hipertensi yang sedang menjalani pengobatan di Rumah Sakit Yarsi Pontianak. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 80 responden menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Modified Morisky Adherence Scale-8 (MMAS-8). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan obat antihipertensi oral pada pasien penderita hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Yarsi Pontianak berada di tingkat kepatuhan rendah dengan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang (80%) dan kemudian kepatuhan sedang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 16 orang (20%).

Abstract (English)

Adherence to taking medication for hypertension patients is still relatively low. Based on research at the Kintamani Health Center 70% of patiens have a low level of compliance. Adherence to the use of oral antihypertensive drugs is an important factor in the success of hypertension therapy. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of compliance with the use of oral antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension at Yarsi Hospital Pontianak. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional. The study population is hypertensive patients who are undergoing treatment at Yarsi Hospital Pontianak. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 80 respondents using the slovin formula. Data collection technique using the Modified Morisky Adherence Scale-8 (MMAS-8) questionnaire. The results showed that the level of compliance with the Use of Oral Antihypertensive Drugs in Patients with hypertension at Yarsi Pontianak Hospital was at a low compliance with 64 respondents (80%) and then moderate compliance with 16 respondents (20%).
